Cancellation Policy

All repairs may be recorded for video content. I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with all necessary materials. I hereby acknowledge that any and all payments are nonrefundable. Tune-Ups Plus may operate the above vehicle for the purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at my (Vehicle Owners) risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. The shop will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond my (Vehicle Owners) control. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs including attorney's fees and court costs. I have read the above and acknowledge receipt of an estimate. Warranty: From the date of delivery for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, Tune-Ups Plus Inc. will repair free of charge any defects in material and workmanship to the repairs stated on the invoice. All work to be done in our shop only. This does not include towing charges or customer supplied parts. A storage fee of $25.00 per day will be charged 24 hours after notification that work is complete. Neglect/Abuse of the vehicle will immediately void any and all warranties.
